The Tower itself is home to the owls, ravens, bats, bees and the swallows (when they pass through here). It's the Tower of Life. It was used to pump up water that was stored in an enormous tank. This tank still sits on the top floor, the owls dance around it. There is a cistern behind the tower for extra storage. The windmill now only shows the direction of the wind.
It sings beautiful songs. Whining and whistling, some times cords and fractions of a melody.
